  • Nutrition Education - We talk about the basics of nutrition and how we can implement changes to your routine and lifestyle. We also discuss how nutrition affects your medical condition, if applicable.
  • Meal Planning - We chart a path to achieve your weight loss and nutrition goals with a weekday and weekend meal plan customized according to your individual needs and preferences. You’ll also receive a recipe collection featuring over 75 pages of easy, healthy, and practical recipes for everyday use.

  • Weekly Follow-ups - We meet once a week to see how you're doing, discuss new strategies, and celebrate wins.
