You’ll also receive a recipe collection featuring over 75 pages of easy, healthy, and practical recipes for everyday use.

- Weekly Follow-ups - We meet once a week to see how you're doing, discuss new strategies, and celebrate wins.
- Flexible Follow-ups - You choose how often you’d like to schedule follow ups and you can decrease visits with time.
- Long-term Plan - Your improved healthy habits will develop into routine. You'll transition off the structured plan while keeping some flexible guidelines to ensure the weight stays off long term.
